“Blogging in the extreme with a cat and my family thrown in for good measure this parenting reality has never seemed so strange."
I love trees. They are so interesting to look at and I always wonder what sort of sights they must have seen over the years.

We went to the seaside today and took some photos of bent trees which my son thought was incredibly strange!
Great photos. I always think we don't spend enough time just looking up, it can be a great way to get a new angle on the world.
Great photos and I love how when you look up at trees you can trul appreciate how tall and magnificent they are.
Gorgeous pics - I am looking forward to the blossom - my favourite part of trees and spring!
Lovely to look up once in a while. Although it does give you neck ache!
I've got a thing about taking photos looking up into trees, never thought of doing them in black and white though, they look great.
lovely photos, i really do love the shapes and lines you get from the naked trees
The black and white shots are very effective, dramatic and makes it a little eerie.
Gorgeous shots
Excellent photos; I love taking photos of trees.
I do love sitting or standing under a tree canopy....it's a much rarer thing at this time of year though!
Beautiful. We probably don't look up often enough.
you get some great pics looking up, I did a week of it last year, just cos I could. I always wonder what little creatures live in the trees.
That is a fantastic old tree. Just beautiful
