It unites us.
How about a simple recipe with just 4 ingredients ?
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
4 large potatoes sliced
A glug of olive oil
Squeeze of primula
Method
Preheat the oven to 190 c
Slice the potatoes into thinnish slices
Next put a layer of them on the bottom of a rectangular dish
Add a glut of oil over the potato slices.
Then add the chicken
Squeeze some primula
After this add another layer of potato
Just brush some oil onto the top later of potato
Cook for about 50 minutes
Longer if necessary and do keep checking as you want the potato crispy not burnt.
Disclosure ~ I was sent some primula to use as I wish and this is what I came up with a quick tea with minimal ingredients.
It divides us.
We like it.
We love it.
We loathe it.
Food.
We just need to demystify food , and get ourselves out of a slump.

ReplyDeleteLooks really simple - I think I would have used more cheese though, because a) I'm a cheese-a-holic and b) it would be really juicy :)
