Penn State Snacks Worceter Sauce and Gammon and mustard flavour snacks

I always find 'Worcester Sauce' is a good choice for a  flavour. They are really tasty, the pretzels have a very zingy savoury flavour. There is quite a tang with it they are not too salty . They are really satisfyingly crunchy and leave a pleasant aftertaste in the mouth.

I had two packets of these to review I ate one and my son and husband devoured the other one.

"Penn State Snacks has introduced its new pretzel flavour – Gammon & Mustard. The pretzels are baked, not fried, and contain 131 calories per 30 gram serving, providing a healthier alternative to crisps and other snack foods.
The new flavour is packaged in share-size snack packs with each 175g bag retailing at £1.29 and available to buy in Waitrose stores in the UK now and Asda stores in the Autumn. Steve Harger, from Intersnack, the company behind the Penn State brand says, “After carrying out extensive research, we discovered that people were looking for an extra kick to their healthy snacks and that’s where the Gammon & Mustard flavour originated from. As with all our products, the new flavour is low in fat.”
Penn State Snacks is experiencing a particularly exciting period of expansion as it develops its range further with additional pretzel flavours including delicious Worcester Sauce and half-coated chocolate flavours. As the first company to produce pretzels in the UK, Penn State started production of their signature original sea salted pretzel flavour back in 1996."

This is still a nice flavour but in my household it wasn't as popular as the Worcestershire sauce flavour. After the initial rush of flavour , we could all taste the plainness of the pretzel behind it , still yummy though!.( This is just our opinion though as all taste buds are different , I encourage you to buy them to try them)

And my favourite has to be one I have yet to try ideal for Christmas.

Lending it's name to popular pub grub , the new flavour is packaged fun, fresh, share size packs with each 175g bag retailing at £1.29 and available to buy in Waitrose stores throughout the seasons. I know the rugby team would love these whilst they are watching England win!.

"UK pretzel company Penn State Snacks is preparing the launch of its half-coated milk chocolate pretzel range this autumn. The pretzels will be packaged in share-size snack packs, each 100g bag retailing at £2.49, and are set to be on display at Morrisons and Waitrose stores this autumn.

Steve Harger, from Intersnack, the company behind the Penn State brand says, “Our team behind the scenes have worked hard to create a new product which uses advanced technology to produce the bottom-coated milk chocolate pretzels.”
Despite their chocolate exterior, as a baked snack and only 110 calories per 25g serving, the pretzels still offer consumers a healthier alternative to crisps and other snack foods. Chocolate Pretzels will be available to buy in Morrisons in October and Waitrose in November."
