Poundland have an ideal range that won't stretch your pockets at Halloween, however you want Halloween to be whether just handing up sweets or partying the night away they have it all so pop down to Poundland this weekend and check them out.If you are looking forward to getting dressed up this Halloween, Poundland have some great accessories that will help you keep to your budget! Everything is so cheap you can get all your fancy dress, party and trick or treat accessories for less!
B & M Bargains, although I am not sure if they are just North West based, and Home Bargains have a brilliant, inexpensive range as well.

This is where Poundland comes into its own, things that the kids expect, now does not cost the earth.
ReplyDeletethank god for poundland. my kids insist on a new costume each year so all least its affordable!
ReplyDeleteWe had a party at halloween last year but made it clear to all mums that it didn't matter whether the kids dressed up or not. (Although I think everyone did!)
ReplyDeleteOne of the things we did was make a 'scary box' that the kids had to put their hands in and feel spooky things.
I cut small holes in the box and duck taped things inside the holes. A rubber glove with green washing up liquid in it; some washed pickled onions (to get rid of some of the smell) in a bag & some dried pasta curls in another bag. I told the kids there was snail slime, witches eyeballs and bats toenails in the box and they could have a hot dog if they were brave enough to put their hands in. They absolutely loved it! Kids are just horrible enough to find these things entertaining....and watching them hesitating before they put their hands in was classic!
I did a big disclaimer before the party telling parents I wanted to take no responsibility for any nightmares :-))
poundland can be really great for stuff like this :)
