I am 39 and a bit... so...........

I am 39  and this year I am that age so what?

Do I have to have endless celebrations like my work colleagues ?

Do I have to have a midlife crisis?

Do I have to dye my hair lose 4 stone and rediscover myself?

Do I start to think I am old enough to be your  mother ?  this is referring to exactly that and not window shopping...as if....

What do I do?

I could learn how to cook cakes... seriously have you seen my cake cooking posts?

I could learn how to cook...

I could learn how to sew...

I could learn how  to dance...

I could learn how to drive....

I could ride a Roller coaster again .... last time I was 12.

I could try and learn the off side rule.....

Pondering a midlife crisis.....
I am challenging Catherine to write about being 39 and a bit.. sorry to give your age away !

  1. I tried the offside rule one and fsiled. That kept me busy for te next ten years. Then I started my own business.

  2. Old enough to be your mother! Have you got a Toy boy? Or are you as they say "Window Shopping"?Anyway 39 is a nice age to be still young but of a wish age.

    1. Noo no toy boy and no Window shopping ;-) ......

  3. dont tell anyone but im 39 too. i think an imaginary toy boy is the way to go :)

  4. Dilema though who to pick ;-) !

  5. I remember being 39 and wondering if when I turned 40 I'd have to change. Nah, I'm 42 now and still think I'm 18, lol.

  6. Well for gawds sakes don't do what I did last year n two weeks after my 40th Birthday party a gallstone blocked my bile duct, I went yellow n nearly popped my clogs which is why the tagline on my blog says that life did not begin at 40 n I demand a refund!!!

    1. omg! what a rubbish start to the second half of your life!!
