Chicken herby oil Infused Pasta

Pasta is one of those dishes that can be accused of run of the mill , many folk commit throw a tomato sauce over fit and dahhh tahhh they are done but it can be ooh so much more. This is often done in the throws of a quick tea but a little planning goes a long l, long way to tickling our taste buds. And once we get used to planning our meals there our foodie excitement and interaction grows.

4 Chicken Breasts I always prefer free range.

4 tablespoons of Olive Oil

Mixed Herbs ( but you can choose your own to suit your tastes )

100g of Pasta per person.

1. Dice 4 chickens breast and place in a bowl with the 4 tablespoons of olive oil you could leave to imfuse for an hour , this will greatly intensify the flavour.

2. Just before the hour is up bring a pan of salted water to boil ; adding the pasta for around 8 minutes ; drain.

3. Add 2 tablespoons of olive ego a pan and turn up to a medium hear , Saute the chicken in the oil oil till the chicken is not pink in the middle. Remove from heat.

4.  Pour the pasta into the pan and toss with the chicken. Adding a sprinkling of parmesan cheese.

  1. Pour pasta into pot and toss with chicken until combined. Top with Parmesan cheese

  1. Mmmmmm this sounds lovely, it's nice to find something different to do with just plain old chicken and pasta.
