That half an hour sees me here at the woods at the bottom of my road.
Perception you see is where I trip up , I do wonder how I am perceived but that's
Just part of life.
I wish I had swishy hair not that swishy hair equates to confidance.
Relaxing is what I need to do more of here :
If you want swishy hair, BUY A WIG!! Put it on in the privacy of your own bedroom and swish away like you are in a Harmony Hairspray advert to your heart's content!!! You'll probably crick your neck mind....but you will have swishy hair!!!

a quiet walk can be really a blessing at time; such a great way to relax and switch off for a while.
