“I’m only half down the stairs “ so sang Robin from the Muppets and of course it the poem based by A A Milne and how apt today it it Winnie the Pooh day.But everyday is a Winnie the Pooh adventure really in my mind anyway as I do love adventure.Life is an adventure with a cat and adjusting to one cat has been turbulent to say the least nothing out the ordinary has happened except we just have the one cat and it is coming up to a year since we lost Rollie and the places where Rollie sat or made him self an inconvenient pile of fluff are now sadly vacant. I don't think you ever get over the loss of a pet and I have lost a few pets over the years and I take loss so very hard.

We make sure we always have the hall lamp on as a black cat on stair in the dark is not the best and I do really think that Jack should have a high visibility jacket.Rollie was a truly stunning cat and such a character and Jack is a character to and does things at his own pace like when he plays with his ping pong ball it is you that has to fetch it back for him.
This was a few year back with both of them half way up the stairs looking also like a sketch from the 1960s , stairs seems to be the favourite haunt of cats , I am sure they are not looking to trip us humans up , least I don't think they are although you never do know what cats are plotting.
