Only day ago I was trying to get to sleep and Mr T was snoring but snoring just at the point when I was trying to drift off , now I snore myself I have been told but I seem to snore later on. On the night in question I just had enough and just went off and went downstairs. Snoring can have a real impact upon your life yesterday I was like a functioning zombie. I as a snorer there isn't really a lot I can take as I have asthma but Mr T we are trying the various snoring sprays and so far they really are not doing a great deal.
Change your sleeping height
Pillows for me always seem to die and I don't really like to spend to much money on them as I know I will have to change them at some near point. I have to sleep with 2 pillows and the though of sleeping on £30 pounds of pillow did seem like I was kamikaze with my money. W had decent pillows on the top ones we had got from Costco and for 2 pillows it was a good price , I can't remember what exactly but it didn't break the bank. We decided on some firm pillows from Sainsbury's Silent Night ones that were £15 each to put on the bottom in conjunction with the pillows that were ok , one night in it seems to have worked I am not hailing a miracle or anything.
I do think it is important to have a comfortable sleeping height , of course you don't have to have 2 pillows do there is where a deep pillow would come in. I saw a pillow at the supermarket that I had never seen before and it was a heigh adjustable pillow which seemed amazing and that might be the one to go for if you like the one pillow perhaps.
Make sure you're hydrated
