30 Days Wild Connecting with Nature

Yesterday I connected with the wild with nature , I communed as they say with nature  , I did not get lost ,

Hidden countryside
Never having the same adventure

yet travelling into nature feels like a homecoming and leaving is very much tinged with a sense of loss.

Country Lane
Wandering down the lane

I breathe in the soft summer heavy with the promise of warm weather , I wander to the dip and dive of the swooping house martins that provide an aerial spectacular, I am instilled with a state of the deepest, calmest joy.

I find when I wander that I never find the same route twice, I am absorbed in the environment , with this I have ever felt fitter or more full of Strength and hope.

Skip through the buttercups.
